    Zapal SK s.r.o. produces craft sauces in Rymavska Sobota (Slovakia) and has more than 10 years of experience. We started our work in Ukraine, where the production of sauces for Ukraine continues to this day. We grow the hottest and most delicious peppers of Trinidad Corpion and Naga Morich, Carolina Reaper and others. During production, we use fermentation processes with cultured bacteria, pasteurization and traditional cooking methods.
    Our production has the following quality standards:
• IFS Food Quality Certificate SK17/2614. The certificate is recertified annually by the SGS certification company;
• Has an established HACCP system to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices;
• Since 2008, it has a quality management certificate according to the international standard ISO9001;
